Vice President and General Counsel
Bren was named Vice President and General Counsel for the ºìÌÒÊÓƵ System in October 2025 and previously held the role of Deputy General Counsel. Bren’s practice areas include litigation; faculty and student matters; civil rights issues; public records; insurance; trusts and estates; and constitutional issues. He is a graduate of Nebraska Wesleyan University (B.S.), Doane University (M.A.M), and the ºìÌÒÊÓƵ College of Law.
